Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Every October, we spend the whole month celebrating the women in our community who've beaten breast cancer or are fighting it right now. This year, we got to photograph some incredible local ladies from Oakes — and it's one of our favorite things we do all year.
These women showed up for each other — and for every person in our community who's walked this road. Survivors, fighters, daughters, moms, sisters, friends. Every single one of them has a story, and every single one of them is the reason we do this shoot every year.
Thank you to everyone who came out, smiled for the camera, and let us celebrate you. You're the whole reason October matters to us.
