Shipping
Shipping is a $7.95 flat rate within the US, and orders over $100 ship FREE. Orders go out via USPS or UPS within 2–3 business days of ordering. We can express ship your items at your expense — please choose Express Shipping at checkout or call us at 701-742-5638.
FREE local pickup is available in Oakes, North Dakota. Choose that option at checkout.
Returns
We know you’ll love your new clothes and accessories from JQ Clothing Co., but please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and contact us right away if anything is defective. You have 3 days from arrival to notify us. If something does not work out, check that it meets the requirements below, then email info@jqclothingco.com to begin the return. Refunds are given for all returns that follow these guidelines (original and return shipping are not refunded).
- A return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on your original invoice.
- Clothing must be unworn, with no makeup, perfume, deodorant or other stains. No refund will be given if items do not meet these standards, and the items will be returned to you.
- Returns must be received in original, new condition with the original tags attached and a copy of the invoice.
- Clearance and sale items are NON-RETURNABLE. This policy is strictly enforced.
