Shipping

Shipping is a $7.95 flat rate within the US, and orders over $100 from JQ Clothing Co ship FREE via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days of ordering. We can express ship your items at your expense — please choose Express Shipping at checkout or call us at 701-742-5638.

FREE local pickup is available in Oakes, North Dakota. Choose that option at checkout.

Returns

We know you’ll love your new clothes + accessories from JQ Clothing Co., but please inspect the items immediately upon receipt & contact us right away if any merchandise is defective. You have 3 days from arrival of the items to notify us. If something does not work out, please be sure they meet the following requirements, and then email customer service at info@jqclothingco.com to begin the return process. Please note, refunds will be given for all returns if these follow below guidelines: (original & return shipping not refunded).

• Clothing items must be unworn, no makeup, perfume, deodorant or other stains. No refund will be given if items do not meet these standards & items will be returned to you.
• Clearance/Sale items are NON-RETURNABLE. Policy is strictly enforced.
• Returns must be received in original/new condition, with the original tags and a copy of the invoice.
• A return must be postmarked within 30 days of date on original invoice.
