but please inspect the items immediately upon receipt & contact us right away if any merchandise is defective.
You have 3 days from arrival of the items to notify us.

Please note, once items are received at JQ Clothing Co., we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. (original & return shipping not refunded).
Clothing items must be unworn, no makeup, perfume, deodorant or other stains. No refund will be given if items do not meet these standards & items will be returned to you.
Clearance/Sale items are NON-RETURNABLE. Policy is strictly enforced.
Returns must be received in original/new condition, with the original tags and a copy of the invoice.
A return must be postmarked within 30 days of date on original invoice.

SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING
All orders over $75 from JQ Clothing Co ship FREE via USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days of ordering.
We can express ship your items at your expense. Please choose Express Shipping at checkout or call us at 701-742-5683.
RETURNS
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
